And they did - burst the dikes which were built many years ago. In the Fraser Valley, just west of the west coast of Canada a great flood that repeated itself only 100 years ago. A devastation of a new kind - an atmospheric river left many, many acres under 8 feet of water. Familes lost their homes and livestock - so sad!!! The winter of 2021 was a new kind of sad.
